Residential Building Services Ltd (RBSL) was incorporated by Bodey Faustmann.  After many years in the exterior trades, Bodey saw the need for a more specialized service. 

    Everyone offered siding and soffit installations but there was a definite lack of companies offering quality maintenance and repairs.  RBSL started out only offering repair and maintenance before quickly expanding into exterior installations as well.  In late 2005 the addition of a continuous eavestrough/gutter machine made RBSL a one stop exterior company.  Now boasting such specialized equipment as a 50' boom lift, were positive there are no jobs too big or small. 

    RBSL carries 2 million dollar liability insurance and all employees are covered by WCB.
